As Customer Journey & Loyalty Manager with New York Pizza I was responsible for mapping the customer experience in the different channels (website, restaurants, social media), for the BTL communications (email and DM), uniformity of the 150 outlets, supporting the stores with local store marketing, and for revamping the Loyalty Program.
